Gary Bergan has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 1977. He was an Assistant Felony Prosecuting Attorney before joining Thomas Whittington Bergan Studebaker PLLC and currently practices in the areas of Personal Injury; Real Estate: Purchase and Sale, Title, Easements; Business/Corporate, Estate Planning: Probate, Wills, Durable Power of Attorney.  Family Law and General Civil Litigation.  He is a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity; the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce (for which he has provided legal services, gratis, throughout his career) and he serves on the Board of Directors for the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame.

Gary graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School (now Seattle University) in 1976.  He graduated from Washington State University in 1973 and coached football there as a graduate assistant, after completing his football career.  Gary is a 1968 graduate of Issaquah High School.

Gary and his wife, Carol, a retired school teacher have lived in the Issaquah area since the early ‘80s when he joined the law firm of Thomas Whittington Bergan Studebaker, Inc. P.S., which was started by another Issaquah native, Nate Thomas, in the early ‘70s.
Gary and Carol have two children; Britta who is pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Psychology and Callie, who works for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
